This research was done to examine the variables that affect how well the Pakistani province of Punjab's police force operates. By employing all of the provincial resources, including those of the police and other sister agencies, the research strives to uncover the factors that contribute to crime in the province and offer practical measures to reduce and stop it. Work productivity and policing effectiveness are positively correlated with motivation and hygienic parameters. The lack of modern facilities and the imbalance in manpower were major roadblocks to the performance of the force, according to police officers from all districts, while adequate modern facilities are a major factor in facilitating the increase in work efficiency. The social scientist expert, along with the police officers, believe that efficient patrolling, criminal investigation, and fair trials are the three pillars of the criminal justice system that support the maintenance of law and order in the nation. When the criminals are not found guilty by the courts, confidence in the performance of the police department is also questioned. The respondent's police officers claimed throughout the research that until all of the criminal justice system's pillars function cohesively, the desired results of criminal administration of justice can’t be achieved. The research procedure is completed and the findings are presented using a qualitative research approach.
